- Dripstone Cliffs are located on a 6km stretch of beach in the Casuarina Coastal Reserve
- The cliffs are one of the best spots to catch a wave during the Wet Season on 5.5m-6.5m tides
- Waves are best on the incoming tide and start to fade 30 minutes after high tide
- Rip runs north towards Lee Point on all tides and get stronger with bigger swells
- Sandy beaches are foil friendly but sometimes the shore break and onshore breezes can make getting out a challenge
- Casuarina Beach is located at the northern end of the cliffs and provides easy access and a wide beach to launch and land a kite
- A west-nor-westerly blows directly onshore and an east-sou-easterly directly offshore
- Potential runs from Casuarina beach include Nightcliff Jetty (3.3km), Lee Point (4.7km) or cut a lap around Old Man Rock (~2km each way)
- Seabreezes occur on hotter days at the end of the Dry Season and can often be northerlies
- Northerlies or nor-easterlies create fun bumps to chase from Lee Point back to Casuarina beach or Kite Corner
